Leadership Enablement 2026

I spent the week in Philadelphia at Compass 2026 enabling the AWS leadership team on Kiro and AWS Transform. The sessions covered how customers are using these tools to accelerate modernization, from AI-assisted development with Kiro to large-scale code transformation with AWS Transform. The goal was to give leaders a hands-on understanding of the tools so they can speak confidently with customers about modernization at scale.
